Thursday’s Events (III)

Theme Thursdays

We just celebrated Mother’s day so this week’s theme had to be a celebration of women. Go ahead and post on ……..

Relation that one can have with a women like Mother, Aunt, Grandmother, Sister, Girlfriend etc

He must have loved his mother yet he clearly had no feeling left for the woman he has once cared about enough to marry.

The BTT question of the week is:

Do you read books “meant” for other age groups? Adult books when you were a child; Young-Adult books now that you’re grown; Picture books just for kicks … You know … books not “meant” for you. Or do you pretty much stick to what’s written for people your age?

I still love picture books! I love illustrations! Sometimes I read YA, but it’s not something I do a lot. So no, I don’t stick to adult’s books only!

“There will be no TT this week….. tune in same time, same channel, next week!

My Thursday 13 this week is…

13 noises  I HATE:

– Construction Sounds ( who doesn’t get annoyed by that?)

– Dogs barking

– Cars (all sounds coming from a car aren’t pleasant)

– People crying =[

– Nails scratching blackboards

– Snores

– Death metal music

– Bad singers

– Songs that stick to your mind like bubblegum

– Screams

– Babies Crying

– Vuvuzelas (remember the soccer world cup?)

– Fireworks

– Dogs crying

Oh,and don’t forget to join this lovely blog hop every Thursday!

  1. As a mother and book reviewer, I delight in great illustrations. As an adult reader, though, I read to satisfy my mood and desire. There are specific genres that I will return to time and again because they suit me.
